Yellow Sunday Terms & Conditions

• All quotes are exclusive of goods and service tax (GST).
• All quotes do not include out-of-pocket expenses such as travel, accommodation or couriers if required.
• An invoice for 50% of fees will be provided upon proposal acceptance, and 50% on project completion before final files are released.
• Payment terms are strictly 14 days. In the event payment is not made within 14 days, we will charge a late payment fee of 1% per month on any overdue and unpaid balance not in dispute, to cover the manpower, interest, and other costs we pay for carrying overdue invoices. In addition, we reserve the right to stop work until payment is received.
• In the event that we incur legal fees, costs and disbursements in an effort to collect our invoices, in addition to interest on the unpaid balance, you agree to reimburse us for all of these expenses.
• No files will be released for use until payment in full is received.
• All design pricing quoted includes 1-3 initial design options plus one round of changes if required unless stated. 
• All additional changes will be charged at an hourly rate of $175 + GST with a minimum charge of 15 minutes. 
• All final approved items will be supplied in pdf format for use unless specified. 
• All print pricing quoted is based on a 10-14 working day turnaround unless otherwise specified. 
• No responsibility will be taken by Yellow Sunday for incorrectly printed artwork if the artwork is not completed by Yellow Sunday. 
• All website costs include layouts based on existing brand look & feel, one single page layout rework if necessary & 1 round of updates if required unless otherwise specified. 
• All additional website changes will be charged at an hourly rate of $175 + GST with a minimum charge of 15 minutes. 
• Website design costs do not include any associated domain or hosting setup fees & access may be required to both in order to complete online work.
• Only hosting environments with CPanel access will be accepted for site migration.
• No websites will be migrated until payment is received in full for work completed.
